This V1 website is informational. Its appointment and question forms run in local demo mode.
Appointment and inquiry details
Form details are held temporarily in the current browser session. The local demo does not send them to the clinic, create a confirmed appointment, or store them in a database. Refreshing or closing the page clears the in-memory request. Do not include sensitive medical records or information you do not want to enter in a demo.
Preferences and analytics
Session storage is used for the introductory animation and to preserve your scroll position when switching languages. The included analytics adapter emits non-identifying events locally; no external analytics vendor is enabled, and names, phone numbers, emails, messages and appointment details are excluded.
External services
Phone, Instagram and directions links open the service you choose. The Google map is not loaded until you request it. Those services have their own privacy policies. Fonts and page photography are hosted with this website.
Hosting and future changes
GitHub Pages hosts this site and may process technical request information under GitHub's privacy policy. Before live appointment processing is enabled, the clinic must define a lawful basis, access controls, retention, deletion procedures and appropriate processor agreements, and update this notice.
